Girona Gastronomy Forum 2026

Boletruff took part in a new edition of the Girona Gastronomy Forum, one of the leading events for professional gastronomy and hospitality, where producers, chefs and distributors come together to share products, knowledge and future perspectives.

During the event, we had the opportunity to present our selection of truffles, wild mushrooms and seasonal products, exchange insights with industry professionals and gain first-hand feedback on the real needs of today’s kitchens. For us, the Forum is a key space to listen, learn and continue refining our selection criteria.

The strong presence of restaurateurs and specialised professionals reinforced an idea that has guided our project from the very beginning: the true value of a product lies in respecting seasonality, territory and the right moment for its use in the kitchen.
