Boletruff took part in a new edition of the Girona Gastronomy Forum, one of the leading events for professional gastronomy and hospitality, where producers, chefs and distributors come together to share products, knowledge and future perspectives.During the event, we had the opportunity to present our selection of truffles, wild mushrooms and seasonal products, exchange insights with industry professionals and gain first-hand feedback on the real needs of today’s kitchens.
